EBC Apollo calipers are lightweight, yet strong aluminum brake calipers that utilize a 2-piece bolted design, incorporating high-tensile 12.9 Grade steel bolts for reinforcement of the caliper bridge section, resulting in a stiffer bridge section. This brings about a firmer and more responsive pedal feel, especially after a period of harder braking.

Apollo Series caliper bodies are machined from heat-treated low-pressure castings, a vastly more expensive production method, but whereby the consistency of the finished part is greatly improved, giving the EBC calipers a noticeable performance advantage over conventional gravity cast calipers.

Finishing the calipers, EBC chose to use their revolutionary high-temperature PTFE polyester coating process, that unlike powder coating that fades, is durable and fade-resistant, easy to wipe clean, and will look good for years to come. EBC Apollo calipers are offered in four striking colors to accent and complement your vehicle and use a common pad shape which has multiple race formulations available, using an EBC caliper does not tie you in to using EBC pads.
